Well, if you have been a follower for any length of time you may be wondering what happened to me. Back in August I wrote an apology to my readers, fans and sponsors for basically going off grid. As you can probably tell, I have my hands full with a teenager, toddler and a (not-so) newborn. Long story short: I got completely overwhelmed and had to cut some stress out of my life.

As fun as it is to blog it is also time-consuming as well as a bit taxing. I love bringing my readers fun reviews with giveaways and I think that is where I take on too much. To me, being a blogger is about sharing experiences and fun stories along with some great crafts, recipes etc. I have fun writing about the fun and sometimes crazy things we go through in our family. When a blogger starts working with companies it becomes a business transaction instead of a release.

The future of this blog is still flexible. I plan on focusing on more personal stories and some crafts (I already was slacking in that area) I want this blog to be fun for me! If I’m having fun it will show in my writing and will then transfer to you lovely readers. I won’t have a specific timeline or structure for Teen Toddler Newborn. I will be flying by the seat of my pants and writing stories as they come.

Does this mean no more giveaways? For the time being, yes. I am not opposed to working with companies to review their products or share great promotions with you! There will still be occasional sponsored content. Sponsored content will only be companies, events or promotions that I would PERSONALLY want to know about! I don NOT want Teen Toddler Newborn to focus on giveaways. They will come back in time. But I admit not in the quantity they were before. I know I will lose some of you that were only here for giveaways but I think that is a fair trade for some quality posts and interactive community minded followers.

If you leave, I will not take it personally! There should be an “unsubscribe” button somewhere near the bottom of your email. If you choose to use it I sincerely wish you the best of luck!
